i am working as a sale and Marketing coordinator in pakistan dairy product, my job Responsibility's are as under.
1. Sale report analyses.
2. Daily sale report manage route wise.
3. Maintain record week wise all outlets.
4. Manage other expense claim record.
5. coordinate with sale team and get 100% follow up of sale.
6. Manage Approval and agreement of dealers and resolve many issue by coordinate with sale team.
7. Proper manage Monthly Asset survey .
8. Monthly target forcast plan by sale contribution branch wise.
9. Dealers feed back by telephone and resolve many issues of dealer, for examples Maintenance issue, stock delivery issue, etc.
10. Manage pos material and asset inventory.
11. Product complain and stock damage report and replecemnet report against damage.
12. All sale relative report mail to Manager sale.

2. prepair balance sheet week wise.
3. opening and closing balance report on daily basis.
